Tianye Plant is located in Huhhot, Inner
Mongolia. In March 2006, China BlueChem acquired 90% equity
interests in Tianye Chemical in Inner Mongolia and Tianye
Chemical has since become the Company’s holding subsidiary.
Tianye Plant has a design annual capacity of 520,000 tonnes
of traditional prill urea sold under the 'Tianye' brand.
In addition,Tianye plant has a methanol facility with
an annual production capacity of 200,000 tones. the Company
is planning to add a polyoxymethylene plant at the plant
site. |
