Dongfang, Hainan Province : Residing in the factory to fight against epidemics and ensure production
In early August, a sudden epidemic made Dongfang City of Hainan press the "pause button", while in the factory of Fudao Company, a "battle" against the epidemic and production was being launched. "Nearly a third of the colleagues in the whole plant have been temporarily quarantined at home, but the devices cannot be 'quarantined'!" On the morning of August 11, Xu Min, general manager of Fudao’s installation and transportation department, hurried to the factory with bedding and clothes. In just 2 days, more than 800 cadres and staff gathered to the post, building an impregnable defense line for production and operation. Up to now, the four sets of main production units are running stably, and the methanol phase I and methanol phase II units have broken the long-cycle operation of 300 days and 400 days respectively.
"There are about 60 vehicles loaded every day. During difficult times, we never delay the flow of vehicles to ensure no stranded every day!" At present, the delivery team of Fudao Company has no concept of off-duty rest. As long as there are pick-up vehicles, they will seize the time to ship and load, and support the security of energy supply during the peak summer with practical actions.
Affected by the epidemic, the labor force for loading and unloading fertilizer at the plant and port of Basuo Port is tight. On the one hand, the logistics center of Basuo Port increased the amount of bulk loading and container shipment plan, on the other hand, it booked large bulk fertilizer shipping vessels of 10,000-ton in advance, and at the same time, it stabilized the container shipping route of "Basuo Port - Yangpu Xiaochuantan" by using the PC cargo source produced by Huasheng Chemical, so as to ensure the timely arrival of vessels and loading, and completed the scheduled fertilizer shipment successfully.
Jingmen, Hubei Province: Phosphate and compound fertilizer output hit a new record for seven consecutive months
By the end of August, Dayukou Company's phosphate and compound fertilizer output had exceeded the production plan, setting a new record for seven consecutive months. Among them, zinc humic acid diammonium phosphate produced by MAP unit broke through the technical bottleneck, increasing by 39%, a record high.
In order to improve the production capacity of zinc humic acid diammonium phosphate, Dayukou Company has developed three improved technical schemes and a series of risk prevention and control measures for MAP unit, and carried out a trial transformation of the original process in December 2021. In March this year, another optimization and transformation was carried out for more than 3 months. After the transformation, the plant not only maintained the slurry spraying volume at 16m3/h when producing zinc humic acid diammonium phosphate and the system returns the material stably, but also reduces the labor intensity of the granulation position on site, which fundamentally solving the problem of low productivity that has plagued for as long as 5 years.
Hegang, Heilongjiang Province: Value-added fertilizer products meet the individual needs of crops
In June this year, Huahe Company started the production of value-added urea "Tongxinmei" urea for the topdressing season, and all 13,000 tons of the product were released to the market. The product can meet the individual needs of different crops in topdressing season, promote the growth and maturity of crops, and achieve the effect of safety and yield increase.
In order to guarantee the sufficient supply of raw materials, Huahe Company's coal storage is not interrupted during overhaul and road repair. It organizes coal transport vehicles to complete the coal import tasks according to the plan every day, and scientifically plans two coal stacking lanes, ramps and heights to efficiently complete the transportation and storage tasks. A series of regulatory measures and measures are adopted, such as supervision over mine replacement and blockade management of transport vehicles, to maximize the coal yard storage. Up to now, the two coal inventory reached 108,000 tons, which is a new record of coal storage since Huahe Company put into operation.
