Polyformaldehyde

Polyformaldehyde or POM is an important high strength engineering plastics, which is synthesised from formaldehyde. POM is translucent, hard and burst-resistant with ideal electrical properties, and is resistant to creep, most organic solvents and wear. These characteristics make POM an ideal substitute for copper, zinc and aluminium. It is usually used to manufacture bearings, transmission devices, crack fillers, water pipe fillers, electrical enclosure and other engineering components.

The company's polyformaldehyde facilities are located in Tianye factory area of Inner Mongolia, which have three production lines with an annual design capacity of 60,000 tonnes.
