The Company controls and operates  Hainan Basuo Port Limited and Hainan CNOOC Transportation Limited, which provide integrated sea-land logistics and transportation services to companies in the family as well as customers.

Hainan Basuo Port Limited provides storage, port services, and sea freight service to customers. On the east bank of Beibu Gulf in the South China Sea, Basuo Port is one of the closest ports in China to international ports of major continents and countries on the Pacific Rim. It is the second largest port in Hainan Province in terms of freight throughput. It is an open port and has trade relationship with many large ports in Mainland China and those in more than 20 countries and regions around the world.

Backed by its strong logistic and transportation arms, the Company is capable of providing one-stop integrated sea-land logistics services to customers of “Fudao” brand granular urea products and other products:

Short-haul truck transportation services from our production complex to Basuo Port;

Local transportation service;

Rail transportation service;

Domestic sea-freight service; and

Sea and land transportation of hazardous articles

Hainan CNOOC Transportation Limited provides land transportation services to customers, including short-haul truck transportation services, long-haul truck and train compartment rental, etc.
