On 31 May 2016, Mr. Cheng Chi and Mr. Guo Xinjun were appointed as non-executive Directors, Mr. Yu Changchun was appointed as an independent non-executive Director and Mr. Liu Jianyao was appointed as a shareholders’ representative Supervisor of the Company following approvals at the general meeting of China BlueChemical Ltd. Mr. Liu Jianyao was also elected as chairman of the Supervisory Committee on the same date.

Mr. Zhou Dechun, former Director of the Company, and Mr. Wang Mingyang, former chairman of the Supervisory Committee, have reached the age for retirement. Mr. Zhu Lei and Mr. Zhou Hongjun, former Directors, have other work commitments. They have resigned from their respective offices of Directors and Supervisor of the Company
